Job summary

Revolutional is seeking a Program Manager for Security Operations to lead a large, 24/7 federal security program. You will be the single point of contact for contract execution, managing security operations, and coordinating with senior government stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of federal program management experience
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility
• Proven experience as primary customer interface on complex federal contracts

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and customer satisfaction across security operations program
• Direct program execution across SOC, incident response, threat intel, vulnerability management, and penetration testing workstreams
• Develop, maintain, and execute PM plans, IMS, and governance framework
• Lead transition-in/out activities ensuring continuity of 24/7 operations
• Coordinate executive reviews, governance meetings, and government briefings
• Provide weekly/monthly status, financial, and executive program reports
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, QASP metrics, and risk/issue management
