Job summary

CompTech is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead Federal Government programs and internal initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure contract performance, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery across planning through delivery stages.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in government program management, strong knowledge of FAR, and experience guiding cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes. This role supports hybrid work and national contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, CS or related field.
• Minimum five years of federal government program/contract management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for government customers.
• Knowledge of FAR, contract administration, and program lifecycle management.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, staffing, risk, and customer relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, digital transformation, and cloud technologies.
• Experience developing proposals for Federal Government programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for federal government contracts and internal programs.
• Develop and execute program management plans, schedules, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with contract requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Present status, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to executives and customers.
