Job summary

Trellix seeks a Manager, Professional Services (TS/SCI Or Higher Required) to lead a 5–10 person Federal team delivering cybersecurity deployments, integration, and advisory services for U.S. Federal agencies from a remote US location.

You will drive utilization, margins, SOW delivery, and ensure delivery on time and in compliance with FAR/DFARS; requires strong government contracting background and executive presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal market and deployment dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Federal Professional Services consultants and drive billable utilization.
• Oversee delivery execution, scope management, and SOW delivery.
• Maintain compliance with FAR/DFARS and FedRAMP when applicable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Manage resource allocation, risk, and change orders to expand services.
