Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Federal Professional Services Manager to lead a team of technical consultants serving U.S. Federal customers. You will direct delivery execution, ensure scope adherence, and maximize revenue realization across FedCiv, DoD, and IC agencies.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance or higher. You will coach 5–10 personnel, partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver complex cybersecurity deployments and architectural advisory services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration within enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical consulting or professional services delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of U.S. Federal market (FedCiv, DoD, IC) and Federal IT deployment dynamics.
• Must hold a TS/SCI or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Federal Professional Services consultants, building a culture of technical excellence and mission alignment.
• Own delivery performance and financial health of the Federal Professional Services portfolio, driving billable utilization and project margins.
• Maintain adherence to FAR/DFARS, FedRAMP mandates, and agency security controls in all engagements.
• Collaborate with Public Sector Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to drive pre‑sales scoping and post‑deployment adoption.
