Job summary
Trellix is seeking a Solution Consultant for its Professional Services Delivery team. You will manage deployment planning, integration, and operational effectiveness of Trellix solutions across large environments, serving as a cybersecurity SME and coordinating with Success Managers and engineers.
You will develop technical plans, drive problem resolution, and deliver documentation and briefings to customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical cybersecurity or IT security consulting.
- Experience with enterprise network planning, deployment, and operations.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux administration.
- Experience with EDR/XDR and threat hunting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall customer experience and delivery of services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellix solutions across a broad enterprise.
- Write technical documentation and briefings.
- Lead or participate in technical exchange meetings.
- Develop engineering artifacts such as system design diagrams and test plans.
- Lead or participate in deployment planning and execution.
- Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions for customer review.
