Trellix in the United States remote is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector to lead a team of eight CSMs, guide retention, and ensure value realization across FedCiv, DoD, IC, and SLED.

You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to drive adoption of core security solutions, develop Success Plans, and maintain governance in Totango and CRM.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs to drive GRR and NRR.
• Oversee strategic execution, account governance, and risk mitigation.
• Manage CRM/Totango hygiene and health tracking across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Sales, PS, Support, and Product to align roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with FAR procurement cycles and security mandates.
