Corsha is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive revenue in the OT cybersecurity space across federal agencies. You will identify, develop, and close opportunities, including SBIRs and RFPs, while building trust with DoD and Civilian stakeholders.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle in a fast‑moving startup environment, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to tailor mission‑critical narratives and win large contracts. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualificações

• Experience navigating complex procurement and DoD/Civilian agencies budgets.
• 7–10 years selling complex federal OT cybersecurity solutions.
• Startup experience (Series A or earlier) preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and close new federal opportunities, including SBIRs and RFPs, with SI/VAR partners.
• Manage the federal sales lifecycle from opportunity to proposal and award.
• Build and nurture relationships with DoD and Civilian agencies.
• Navigate procurement cycles and internal politics with credibility and trust.
• Identify, attend, and track ROI for key federal events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market.
• Translate technical value into mission-aligned narratives.
