Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC (DBA: CLFC Healthcare and Communications) is hiring entry-level Medical Support Assistants to support the VA VISN 19 Office of Community Care. This fully remote role schedules primary care visits, specialty clinics, and community care, serving Veterans nationwide from home.

The position requires at least six months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a quiet home workspace within 50 miles of a VISN 19 VA facility.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• English proficiency (oral and written).
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Schedule veteran appointments for primary care, specialty clinics, and community care per VHA Directive 1230.
• Verify and update patient demographics, next of kin, emergency contact, and insurance details.
