Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for IT, government contracting, and business operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and coordinate multi-stage interviews while navigating federal onboarding requirements.

The role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, strong candidate engagement, and meticulous documentation within Greenhouse. A background in federally contracted staffing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of recruiting experience or closely related function.
• Experience managing multiple candidates and open positions through different stages.
• Experience sourcing candidates, reviewing résumés, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating multi-stage processes.
• Ability to manage sensitive candidate, employee, compensation, and business information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for IT, government contracting, and business operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates and conduct initial interviews, coordinating multi-stage interviews.
• Support candidate onboarding, background checks, and federal onboarding requirements.
• Maintain recruiting records, improve workflows, and manage Greenhouse data and communications.
• Support additional recruiting, People Ops, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
