Trilogy Federal is seeking a remote Corporate Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and IT capabilities. You will work with program managers, teaming partners, and the BD team to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure letters of commitment or offers for Key Personnel.

The role supports candidates across the DC metro area and beyond, with a preference for local attendance at ad hoc or quarterly meetings and career fairs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of overall recruiting experience.
• Federal/government contract recruiting experience.
• Proven experience using online job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in technical, program management, financial, or corporate recruiting.
• Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Ability to develop a large, diverse applicant pool using multiple angles.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment for federal financial management, program management, and IT lines of business.
• Partner with BD and hiring teams to understand future hiring needs and key personnel for proposals.
• Identify talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and posted jobs.
• Conduct in-depth prescreens to identify best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate job descriptions, interviews, and correspondence through Lever.
