Job summary

Constellis is recruiting a Recruiter to lead full‑cycle staffing for federal government contracts. You will partner with Operations, Program Management, Security, HR, and leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring OFCCP compliance and strong candidate experiences.

You will leverage modern sourcing strategies and ATS tools (UKG Recruiting) to build pipelines, measure recruiting metrics, and support workforce planning across busy, high‑demand environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting government contracts recruiting is preferred.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement capabilities.
• Experience with ATS management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for multiple federal government contract positions, including high-volume roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand staffing needs and qualification requirements.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for surge hiring, startups, and transitions.
• Utilize recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools to improve candidate identification and engagement.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, onboarding, and ATS records to ensure a compliant process.
• Prepare and present recruiting metrics and workforce planning data to leadership.
