Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting in tech, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, or government contracts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience sourcing for technical and professional services.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across federal and commercial programs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Provide market insights and tracking on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate status updates.
