Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Management Director to lead a large-scale Federal IT services program, including GAO support. You will be the primary Government liaison, directing a 50+ person team and ensuring contract performance across diverse IT domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field with 18+ years of related experience
• 10+ years of experience managing complex information systems architectures with multiple databases, networks, subsystems
• 5+ years supervisory experience leading IT operating environments of 50+ personnel
• 5+ years managing a program of comparable size to a large-scale Federal IT services contract
• Demonstrated SAFe experience in program management
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based service delivery and metrics (SLA/XLA)
• Experience with Federal IT leadership, negotiations, and cost-effective IT solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Government liaison for contractual and programmatic matters
• Lead a large, multi-disciplinary team across the contract and task orders
• Drive program performance ensuring quality, efficiency, and timeliness of deliverables
• Oversee management of complex information systems architectures and networks
• Lead SAFe program execution across all workstreams
• Manage cloud-based service delivery and enforce SLAs and XLAs
• Collaborate with GAO IT leadership and federal partners
• Negotiate contracts and monitor service performance
• Identify and mitigate contractual, technical, or programmatic risks
• Represent contractor commitments with Government decisions and issues
