Job summary

Icertis is seeking a senior program manager to lead multi-year SaaS implementations for US federal agencies. You will drive delivery across planning, execution, and customer success, aligning with defense and aerospace requirements while managing budgets and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in federal program leadership, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of ITAR/DFARS/NIST compliance. A PMP and engineering/CS background are preferred. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Digital program or project management in Federal, GovCon, or Aerospace and Defense.
• Success managing large, complex technology implementations in the Public Sector.
• Experience with ITAR, DFARS, or NIST compliance.
• Knowledge of AI-powered solutions and client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, multi-year SaaS implementations for Federal clients.
• Ensure timely program execution across planning, delivery, and success phases.
• Apply structured methodologies for defense/aerospace projects.
• Liaise with Federal stakeholders to align with execution models.
• Build trust-based client relationships in high-security environments.
• Manage cross-functional teams with delivery focus and accountability.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and KPIs with proactive escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation analysis.
