Data Intelligence is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of complex IT programs supporting a premier federal law enforcement customer. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience leading complex IT programs and projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Experience creating program documentation, business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT projects and enterprise program initiatives.
• Oversee multiple related projects to achieve strategic objectives and maximize value.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and program roadmaps.
• Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and overall contract performance while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
• Support strategic planning by aligning objectives with organizational goals and opportunities for improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and track program initiatives to ensure successful execution across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and other essential program documentation.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs through dashboards and executive presentations.
• Facilitate executive meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and customer briefings.
• Foster communication across technical and business teams for alignment and transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance program efficiency.
• Perform additional technical and administrative duties to support objectives.
• Ensure all work complies with policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Operate within SAFe, adopting SAFe principles and Agile Release Train practices.
