Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Director or senior program leader on a federal IT services program.
• Proven ability to manage contract governance, budgets, and multi-team delivery.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold executive accountability for program performance and contract objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership for platform, cloud, cybersecurity, data operations, analytics and reporting, AI-enabled capabilities, integrations and APIs, user support, and change-management activities.
• Maintain relationships with client leadership and contract representatives; ensure alignment with mission needs.
• Oversee governance, reporting, risk management, and transition activities across streams.
