Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal financial management, data analytics, and process improvement, with strong communication skills and experience in client-facing consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in federal financial management, process analysis, data analytics or consulting.
• Experience with federal government financial data and processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives, financial operations and priorities.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Review policies and data structures for impacts on processes.
• Create docs across the SDLC and develop test plans.
