Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in federal financial management, process analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with federal government financial data and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, financial operations, and priorities.
• Analyze business processes, requirements, and decision-making needs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Create documentation across SDLC such as RTM, FDD, and training guides.
• Develop test plans and manage test execution.
