The SMX client service delivery team seeks a Junior Federal Financial Business Analyst to join a 100% remote role supporting the BAS solution for federal customers. You will partner with government stakeholders to analyze financial data, improve processes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while collaborating with designers, developers and budget SMEs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of federal financial management, process analysis, data analytics, or related consultancy.
- Experience with federal government financial data and processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Document business processes, requirements, and decision needs.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify improvements.
- Recommend process, technology and data solutions to boost efficiency.
- Create quality SDLC documentation and test plans.
