Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager (Finance) to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the execution of large-scale military facility projects. This role manages client relationships, budgets, and technical execution across multiple concurrent projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of complex project management experience with DoD PM exposure, plus ability to obtain a US government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with DoD PM experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of a portfolio of projects, including profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, resources, scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, track actions.
• Ensure collaboration within a multi-discipline environment between clients, employees, and leadership.
• Follow internal governance requirements.
• Prepare project tools: WBS, risk registers, RFIs, issues registers, and decision logs.
• Support governance documents: Project Execution Plans, QA Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
• Support project change control management.
