Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. seeks a Federal Deputy Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the design, development, and execution of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations.

This full-time role can be performed remotely or in hybrid settings if local to an office. You will manage clients, budgets, and technical execution across multiple concurrent, multi-million-dollar projects with multidisciplinary teams of architects,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of complex project management experience with DoD PM background.
Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in data analytics, including Power BI.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a portfolio of projects with profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals.
Attend project meetings, capture minutes, and track actions.
Foster collaboration across multi-discipline teams and leadership.
Follow internal governance requirements.
Prepare project tools: work breakdown structures, risk registers, RFI and issues logs, decision logs.
Support governance documents and risk management plans.
Support project change control management.
