Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager (Finance) to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the management, design, and execution of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with DoD PM experience.
Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
Ability to motivate teams and lead multi-disciplinary groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in data analytics with Power BI.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a portfolio of projects, managing profitability, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Attend project meetings, capture notes, and track actions.
Ensure strong collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team and clients.
Follow internal governance requirements.
Prepare project tools (WBS, risk registers, RFI, issues, logs).
Support governance documents and risk management plans.
Assist change control management.
