Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of complex project management with DoD PM experience.
• Ability to plan and direct large multi-million-dollar projects with complex features.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams to execute plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data analytics expertise, including Power BI.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of projects with profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, resources, scope, schedule, budget, and contracts.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, and track actions.
• Ensure collaboration within a multi-discipline environment among clients, staff, and leadership.
• Follow internal governance requirements.
• Prepare project tools: WBS, risk registers, RFIs, issues registers, and decision logs.
• Support governance documents, including Project Execution Plans, QA Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
• Support project change control management.
