Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the management, design, development, and execution of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations. You will oversee budgets, schedule, and multi-disciplinary teams.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of complex project management with DoD PM experience, and the ability to obtain a US government security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with DoD PM experience.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to motivate teams and lead cross-disciplinary project efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of a portfolio of projects with profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, and track actions.
• Foster collaboration within a multi-discipline team of clients, employees, and leadership.
• Prepare governance documents and project tools (WBS, risk registers, RFI, issues, logs).
• Support project change control and governance processes.
• Manage budgets, schedule, scope, and contractual requirements across concurrent projects.
