Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the management of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations.

This full-time role involves managing clients, budgets, and technical execution across multiple concurrent, multi-million-dollar programs with multi-disciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and subconsultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with DoD PM experience.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of a portfolio of projects, including profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, resources, scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, and track actions.
• Ensure collaboration and communication within a multi-disciplinary environment among clients, employees, and leadership.
• Prepare governance documents, including Project Execution Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans.
• Support project change control management.
