Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Deputy Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the management, design, development, and execution of large‑scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations. This role manages budgets, clients, and technical execution across multiple multi‑million‑dollar projects with diverse teams.

The position is full‑time and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting if local to one of our offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with experience as a DoD PM.
• Proven track record of delivering on time and within budget for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio of projects including profitability, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Attend project meetings, capture minutes, track actions.
• Ensure collaboration across multi‑discipline teams including clients and leadership.
• Follow internal governance requirements and prepare governance documents.
• Create project tools such as WBS, risk registers, and logs.
• Support project change control management.
