Job summary

OCT Consulting LLC seeks a Contract Specialist I (Mid-Level) to support a Federal Government client in a hybrid work setting in Washington. You will specialize in contract close-out, working across simple and complex contracts (FFP, LH, cost-type) and ensuring compliance throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires four years of close-out experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years federal contract closeout experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Specialization in close-out activities.
• Experience supporting an acquisition office (Contract/Procurement 1102) preferred.
• Experience closing firm-fixed, time and material, labor hour contracts or hybrids.
• Prepare expired contracts for archiving or destruction.
