Job summary

Lynker Technologies is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead government-focused capture efforts in Federal markets including DoD, DHS, DOE, and FAA. You will develop win strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and shape opportunities before solicitations are issued.

You will engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to build credible pipelines and drive proposal readiness, while maintaining disciplined capture processes and CRM updates across major programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Federal business development or capture management with credible wins.
• Proven success shaping opportunities prior to solicitation release.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, and IDIQs in Federal markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts from identification through proposal submission and award.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans with win strategies.
• Translate customer requirements into differentiated value propositions.
• Lead gate reviews and provide bid/no-bid recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain capture schedules, action plans, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure smooth transition from capture.
