Qualifications
- 10+ years of federal government business development and capture experience.
- Experience using Shipley Business Development Lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and procurement strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with RFI responses and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with modern IT domains like cloud migration and AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end capture management for assigned opportunities.
- Develop and execute capture strategies that maximize win probability.
- Conduct competitive assessments to inform capture strategy.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders through structured customer engagement.
- Shape opportunities through RFI responses and market research.
