Digital Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (DESI) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This full-time exempt role allows telework with occasional in-office visits (1–2 times per month).

The position drives growth in government and defense sectors, leading capture efforts, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll develop tailored solutions meeting government requirements, manage opportunity pipelines, and contribute to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years of DoD/Federal IT services sales experience with growth results.
• Proven ability to win small-to-medium government contracts and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate Federal, DoD and commercial markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
• Lead capture management, including opportunity identification and proposal development.
