This remote US role emphasizes relationship-building with Navy/Army and other federal agencies, along with robust pipeline governance and marketing strategy execution.

The incumbent will drive account plans, collaborate with executives and technical leaders, and oversee pursuit timing, pricing, and win themes. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, planning, engineering, environmental science, communications, or related field.
• 6+ years in Federal BD, capture, or client management for Manager; 12+ years for Director.
• Experience leading the Federal BD lifecycle from market intel to capture and debrief.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead markets, accounts, and pursuits from early positioning through capture and proposal transition.
• Establish and maintain BD processes: pipeline governance, CRM data quality, pursuit tracking, forecasting, marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with executives, technical leaders, capture managers, and proposal staff.
• Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies for priority accounts and capabilities.
• Manage the BD pipeline and opportunity forecast with accurate data and ownership.
• Travel up to 15% for client meetings and engagements.
