Fourth Estate is seeking a Federal Growth Lead to own the full sales cycle across DoD Fourth Estate agencies, from outbound prospecting to close. You will build account plans with DLA, DISA and DFAS as priorities and navigate procurement pathways such as GSA MAS and OTAs.

The role requires DoD procurement fluency, an individual contributor mindset for prospecting and deal ownership, and the ability to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. Travel is substantial for NYC/DC bases.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience selling into Fourth Estate agencies or similar DoD accounts.
• Track record of building accounts from zero and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Fluency with defense procurement vehicles and enterprise IT buying cycles.

• Own the full sales cycle end to end, from outbound prospecting through demos, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Build strategic account plans with DLA, DISA and DFAS as priorities, and a repeatable territorial approach.
• Navigate Fourth Estate procurement pathways (GSA MAS, IDIQs, BPAs, OTAs, task orders).
• Build direct relationships with program offices, IT/infrastructure stakeholders, and contracting officers.
• Lead discovery sessions and in-person demos tailored to enterprise workflows without sales engineering support.
• Collaborate with proposal, capture, and design teams on solicitations and pricing.
