Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Federal Capture/Business Development Manager to lead pursuit strategies for U.S. government contracts.

You will drive win themes, shape agency requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle from market research to proposal delivery. Preferred candidates have 10+ years in federal BD/capture, extensive FAR knowledge, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in federal business development or capture management.
• US citizen with ability to obtain a government issued security clearance.
• Secret or Top Secret Clearance at hire preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify federal contract opportunities.
• Lead capture strategy and gate reviews.
• Manage RFPs, RFQs, and sources-sought notices with pricing teams.
• Engage with DoD/DHS program managers and contracting officers.
• Develop teaming and partner strategies for targeted bids.
• Draft compliant, high-scoring proposal submissions.
