• Orchestrates the design of complex proposals to deliver business value.
• Mitigates risk by managing customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Reviews proposals, translates functional needs into technical solutions, and communicates workload-optimized designs.
• Leads discovery discussions to build customer relationships and advocate technical strategies.
