Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Business Analyst/Business Process Modeler to support the VA VIPPS program. You will translate business needs into future-state workflows and requirements for the OneStream platform, working with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops, creating BPMN models, and ensuring alignment with agile practices and federal requirements. This is a fully remote role within the United States with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 7+ years of business analysis or process modeling experience.
• Experience in Federal government programs and requirements analysis.
• Proficiency in BPMN and Agile practices; ability to elicit requirements and document models.
• Experience translating business needs into future-state workflows and implementation-ready requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to translate business needs into future-state workflows for the OneStream platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate requirements and process models.
• Facilitate workshops to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain BPMN business process models aligned with goals and federal requirements.
• Support VIPPS implementation through documentation of requirements and process designs.
