Job summary

Dataminr is seeking an Account Executive for the DHS to drive new business and expand the federal footprint across DHS agencies. The role is quota-carrying and can be remote within the United States, with domestic travel as needed.

You will translate mission-critical needs into technology solutions and manage a long, complex pipeline to secure multi-year contracts. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of federal SaaS sales experience, a proven quota attainment record, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Federal sales experience selling technology or SaaS.
• Experience selling large, complex DHS deals.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically (~25%).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Federal stakeholders to understand their goals and seamlessly integrate Dataminr into their workflow.
• Partner with internal teams to develop, implement, and deliver onboarding, training, and usage plans tailored for each customer.
• Develop, execute, and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Manage your opportunity pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts to management.
• Attain quarterly targets for bookings, renewals, and expansions; increase penetration with existing portfolio and new offers.
