Job summary

Detay Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative / Sales Representative to drive new opportunities in facility management and commercial maintenance across the United States.

This is not an entry-level role; you should bring an existing book of business and a network of industry contacts. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with decision-makers, present our services, negotiate contracts, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling facility management services.
• Established book of business and contacts.
• Experience with procurement and vendor selection.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and develop qualified sales leads.
• Leverage existing network to generate immediate opportunities.
• Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and procurement teams.
• Identify companies with nationwide or regional facility maintenance requirements.
• Present and sell facility management and maintenance solutions.
• Develop proposals and coordinate with operations and estimating teams.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution.
• Develop long-term relationships and expand services with customers.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Represent the Company professionally in meetings and events.
• Monitor market opportunities and identify strategic accounts.
