Advanced Maintenance Services (AMS) is seeking a highly organized Facilities Coordinator to join our Operations team in a hybrid remote role. This position combines account management, vendor management, snow operations, and nationwide vendor acquisition to support AMS's growing national footprint.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with customers and subcontractors, ensuring service delivery aligns with defined scope, and expanding AMS's network of qualified vendors nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, vendor management, operations, dispatch, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing vendor relationships.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for Shaw's locations in the Greater Boston region.
• Develop relationships with store directors, managers, and customer representatives.
• Maintain proactive communication before, during, and after snow events.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address service concerns.
• Coordinate corrective action when service expectations are not met.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and activity.
• Monitor service activity across locations during winter events.
• Communicate with snow removal subcontractors and ensure contract scope is met.
• Verify proper snow clearing and de-icing operations.
• Identify and onboard qualified subcontractors nationwide as needed.
• Develop backup vendor options in critical markets.
• Support vendor acquisition for new locations.
