Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC. seeks aFacilities Operations Specialist 3 to coordinate campus-wide maintenance across multiple leased buildings, labs, and warehouses.

The role involves vendor sourcing, budget approvals, space management, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security, Quality and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related facilities experience, with strong teamwork, planning, and scheduling abilities to support executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Background in facilities, office space and/or property management.
• Budgeting / Microsoft Office tools experience.
• Teaming and collaboration skills.
• Team tasking and planning skills with the ability to work with outside vendors.
• Schedule flexibility to respond to urgent facility matters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Planning and oversight of tenant building and critical systems maintenance.
• Coordination of requirements gathering, budget approvals, vendor sourcing, and project management for facility improvement or repair projects.
• Oversight of maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services.
• Space management, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system.
• Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events.
• Coordination of internal facility communications and liaison to landlord.
• Collaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with technical standards and support audits.
• Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution.
• Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance employee experience or operational efficiency.
