Job summary

ServiceChannel, part of Fortive, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support client and provider activities across our cloud-based platform from a remote role in the United States. You’ll respond to inquiries via Zendesk, guide users, coordinate service with facility managers, and monitor maintenance and costs with a client-focused mindset.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in facilities support, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities support roles (minimum 1–2 years)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Experience supporting Facilities Management in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
• Ability to work effectively from home with reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound support inquiries via Zendesk, email, and phone
• Provide baseline training and guidance on ServiceChannel applications
• Identify system issues and report to Development Team
• Coordinate with Facility Managers to schedule and manage services
• Monitor maintenance and review work orders for cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and lead operations meetings with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives
• Maintain seamless knowledge transfer and communication
