Job summary

Fortive’s ServiceChannel is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a remote role supporting clients and service providers across time zones. You will respond to inquiries, provide training on the ServiceChannel platform, and coordinate maintenance services with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in facilities support, strong English, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus.

Qualifications

• Provide support to clients and providers in a fast-paced facilities environment, with strong customer service focus.
• Proficient using Zendesk, Salesforce and Gainsight for case management and data tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; document details accurately and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound support inquiries via Zendesk, email and phone.
• Provide baseline training and guidance on ServiceChannel applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client initiatives and maintenance services.
• Monitor and review work orders for cost-saving opportunities and compliance.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and weekly operations meetings with customers.
