Job summary

ServiceChannel is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support client and provider interaction across our cloud-based platform. You will respond to inquiries, train users, report issues, and coordinate service with client facility managers, while ensuring a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

The role emphasizes remote work from 8a–5p in your time zone, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Development teams to optimize maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a facilities support role.
• Experience in the Facilities Management industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information clearly.
• Ability to work remotely during 8a–5p in your time zone.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound support inquiries via Zendesk, email, and phone.
• Provide baseline training and guidance on ServiceChannel applications.
• Identify system issues and coordinate with Development Team.
• Attend weekly/biweekly operations meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly business review presentations for customers.
