You will create and manage work orders, dispatch facilities personnel, and ensure timely, accurate communication and documentation.

This contract role is based out of Sandy Springs, GA, offering a $22.00/hr pay range. Requires 24 years of customer service experience, fluent English, and CMMS/Office 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Strong verbal communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone and email inquiries about building maintenance issues.
• Dispatch facilities personnel or escalate to ensure timely resolution.
• Create accurate work orders with detailed descriptions and contact info.
• Use CMMS and web-based systems to track work requests and projects.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and gather feedback.
• Maintain updates on work orders and status for internal teams.
• Enter and maintain data in CMMS tools for reliable reporting.
