Branded Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Service Operations team in a fully remote capacity. You will manage maintenance requests for national clients, coordinate vendors and technicians, and ensure timely resolutions while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in facilities coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating service vendors or contractors.
• Understand commercial facility maintenance trades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests for national clients and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate service providers, technicians, property managers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status updates across multiple software platforms.
• Monitor work orders from initiation through completion and capture required information.
