Branded Group is seeking an experienced, highly motivated After-Hours Facilities Coordinator to join our Service Operations team. This role manages emergency and after-hours maintenance requests for national clients, delivering professional customer service and timely responses outside standard business hours.

This part-time, weekends-only position is fully remote, requiring a dedicated home office and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in facilities coordination, dispatching, service operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating service vendors, contractors, or maintenance providers.
• Strong understanding of commercial facility maintenance trades and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing service-related costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency service requests for national clients and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate service providers, technicians, property managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful completion of work orders.
• Meet client-specific emergency response requirements, typically ranging from two to four hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and status updates across multiple software platforms.
• Monitor work orders from initiation through completion with complete information and documentation.
