Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure operational excellence across a distributed retail portfolio. You will manage the CMMS (Corrigo), oversee reporting, and deliver facilities support that keeps client environments running smoothly.

You will work with the Facility Management team, technicians, vendors, and clients, applying technical proficiency and relationship skills to minimize disruption and maximize value for our clients.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of hands-on facilities management experience.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems, preferably Corrigo.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance activities across the portfolio.
• Review and manage daily work orders; verify completion and clearance of flags.
• Coordinate technicians and third-party vendors to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Interface with vendors and sites to ensure minimal disruption and good service.
• Ensure proper CMMS use and configuration to meet objectives.
• Communicate performance metrics and opportunities to stakeholders.
