Job summary

JLL seeks a Facilities Management Director to lead a distributed team of facilities professionals across the US. You will ensure excellent service delivery, manage budgets and capital projects, and act as the main client contact. This role involves ~30% travel to client sites and requires proximity to key sites, preferably St.

Louis, MO. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in facilities management, with prior director experience and strong vendor and lease oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in facilities management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in facilities management with 2+ years in director capacity.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, telecom, furniture and energy management.
• Strong vendor management, contract admin and lease oversight.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of facilities management and engineering professionals.
• Oversee CMMS administration across the region.
• Inspect buildings and maintain accurate financial records.
• Partner with Account Directors to deliver maintenance and workplace programs.
• Monitor vendor performance and optimize use of suppliers.
• Represent JLL as the regional client liaison for service excellence.
• Drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement in facilities and workplace services.
• Collaborate with site engineering to optimize asset management and work orders.
• Contribute to capital budgeting and strategic project execution.
