Job summary

JLL seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to support facility operations across remote districts within the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and safety compliance for a multi-site portfolio.

The position coordinates vendor services, manages work orders in CMMS systems, supports process improvements, and maintains strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service. Remote role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience with Corrigo or similar CMMS for work orders and admin.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional coordination.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations across assigned districts in remote Mountain or Pacific zones.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors for janitorial, landscaping, and general services.
• Monitor CMMS/Corrigo work orders, service metrics, and SLA performance.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Review, reconcile, and approve vendor invoices; ensure timely closeout.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, reporting and service delivery.
