Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee 45-55 restaurant locations and drive maintenance programs across the region. The role involves hands-on leadership, coordinating preventative maintenance, remodels, and emergency projects while partnering with restaurant operators and cross-functional teams.

You will manage Cap X remodels, oversee budgets and schedules, and work with contractors to ensure quality work across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive facilities maintenance experience across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiation, networking, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, bids and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and Cap X remodel program for all 45-55 locations.
• Oversee emergency projects (fires, car strikes, theft, store closures).
• Manage preventative maintenance program for assigned locations.
• Negotiate and build partnerships with operators and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with IT for evolving scope and systems integration.
• Oversee multiple project bids and contracts with contractors and vendors.
