Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility standards across eight restaurant locations. Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish is required.
• Restaurant facilities and maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC and refrigeration experience is required.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to work in the field.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, repair costs, and service schedules.
• Highly organized, dependable, responsive, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between restaurant locations.
• Interest in continued technical training and professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facility needs across eight restaurant locations
• Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, restaurant equipment, and building systems
• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance when appropriate
• Respond quickly to emergency and time-sensitive repair needs
• Manage vendors and contractors while controlling costs and maintaining service quality
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure all facilities meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Partner with restaurant leadership to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
• Continue developing technical expertise through vendor training and certification programs
